When putting up your website, you will go through various settings and things don’t always work on the first try. If you use Microsoft Edge your very own browser could report your site to Microsoft as unsafe, and then your up a creek.
Why does this happen? If your setting up SSL and when the page first loads, maybe there is still an http:// link somewhere or you .htaccess file isn’t setup properly to forward all http traffic to https, you could get flagged. What’s so frustrating about this, is it’s your very own browser working against you and the cost could be very high. Good luck getting your site unlisted as unsafe. Even though you are the only one that has visited it, the “Report as safe” process is slow and may never un-list your site as unsafe.
